Seidio Accepting Pre-orders for Cases, Combos and Screen Guards

We are now accepting pre-orders for our Ultimate Screen Guard and our SURFACE, ACTIVE and CONVERT cases and combos!
 
I am waiting for the SURFACE with Kickstand case.

I wont to compare that case with the HTC Branded kickstand case

Thanks for posting the banner! The funds are held but your card isn't actually charged until your order is shipped. I don't have an ETA on the kickstand cases, but I will keep everyone updated through this thread.
 
I was pretty happy with Seidio's screen protector on my EVO 4G, so I ordered a set for my EVO 3D. Got an email yesterday saying that the estimated ship date was July 8th, so I was a bit upset. All was relieved when I got an email today saying that it shipped already! Awesome!
 
im waiting for seidios 3500 mah extended battery. i bought one for my EVO4G and couldn't have been happier with it. i was hoping for an extended back cover with a built in kickstand for the extended battery but the guys at seidio said that i can just forget about that idea. :mad:

The Active Case won't have a kickstand will it? Guess a kickstand shouldn't matter to me much if I purchase a docking station. Can always carry that on the plane with me. Active Case with the kickstand of the HTC case with kickstand = win for Seidio.

The Active Cases look so sweet. You guys need to have an Active Case in white too.

The SURFACE case is the only one with a kickstand on it, but we always appreciate feedback, so if there are a lot of requests for a kickstand on a different case, it could be a possibility!

The White ACTIVE is my favorite as well! I'll let our product development team know about your suggestions.
 
I'm definitely getting the extended battery. I'd really really like it if you made one with a kickstand though. Pretty pretty please!!

Maybe just sell the replacement backing with the kickstand on it later for folks who already bought the extended battery? :)

Not bashing Seidio, but the kickstand on the Surface Case looks like the old HTC EVO 4G kickstand. I think people would prefer a kickstand like the one on the HTC Case w/kickstand so you can use the kickstand for portrait/landscape mode in my opinion.

I told some friends don't buy a white 4G. Just get a white Active Case or Innocase from Seidio and people will ooohhh and ahhhh at your phone.
 
Seidio gave me a review case to check out and I have to say, I like the Surface case! It is a two piece snap-style case that takes seconds to attach. The cut outs for the buttons are smoothed out and beveled and don't restrict the user at all. It is a slim case to not add bulk, but will certainly prevent scratching. It fit into my jeans pocket without an issue. It also very lightweight and fit over the EVO 3D like a glove.

The 3D camera on the EVO 3D is even protected by the case as it is slightly recessed inside. This protects the camera from scratching against table tops. Which was a concern of mine with the EVO 3D.

The case's coating is soft to the touch, but is not slippery. It feels good in your hand when making phone calls or watching a movie. I would definitely recommend other EVO 3D owners to consider this case.

A wide kickstand would permit you to lay the phone sideways on anything. I think that's why HTC made the kickstand wider on the Thunderbolt and on their case.

Yeah, if it's like the Platinum one Best Buy's it is good.

No problems like last year with the 4G Seidio cases with it not fitting securely.

What is the thickness difference between the Surface, Active, and Convert cases? Also, for the Active, are the silicone(?) edges near the display flexible or stiff? I ask because the otterbox case I saw had this flimsy rubberized or silicone material that went over a hard shell and I hated it instantly.

Risa: The SURFACE for the EVO 3D adds 2.0mm of thickness to the phone.
Risa: The ACTIVE adds 2.2mm thickness.
Risa: And the CONVERT adds about 4.0mm to the EVO 3D.
Risa: It's a silicone sleeve, but the plastic skeleton clips to it from the back so it won't slip and slide.
Risa: Is there anything else that I can help you with?
Risa: It's a bit flexible. If I poke the sides on my ACTIVE, it moves.
Risa: Well, it curls over the top of your screen a tiny bit so particulate matter shouldn't get in.
