Accessories Seidio Case Quality Failure

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where one can purchase the outer shell of the seidio innocase active limited edition? I was just holding the case today and the corner fell off into my lap. I realize this is covered by warranty, but I bought this case, less than 3 months ago, to protect the phone. In order to get the warranty repair, I have to pay to ship it, insure it, and go possibly over 2 weeks without a case. Seems like a shotty deal for a nearly $30 dollar case.

I have never dropped the phone, or etc, so the case should not randomly break. Obviously this seems to be a quality issue on part of Seidio (I have seen this issue pop up for other people). It is very dissapointing, maybe I should stear clear of Seidio in the future. The case protects great, but if it is not going to last, I don't want to spend money on their cases.

Never-the-less, thanks for listening to the rant. Does anyone know where I can purchase just the outside cover for this case?

This topic has come up before. The short answer in "NO", you can not just buy the hard shell piece unfortunately.

how come i didnt get an offer to help with this..i called months back and was told to buy a whole new one, which i did, now this one broke too (without a drop) and is peeling horribly. Havent shelled out for a new one, with concerns over a. quality, b. customer service, c. needing to replace all parts when only one is damaged.

been looking for another case option, havent found one, show me a reason to re-love Seidio...

If you were within the warranty period, you should have been able to get a replacement. I apologize if you weren't suggested this option. Can you please PM me your order information?

Plus their warranty is now one year effective for January 1, 2011 or after purchases. I wish they could have grandfathered in the older purchases.
