Accessories Seidio Innocase II (Is This Normal?)

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else's Innocase had the same kind of lift on the back of their Case where the two parts join, and was wondering if this was reason that the left side is loose.

Not normal IMO, my Seidio Innocase II does not have that issue.
