Seidio Pre-Ordering Cases, Combos and Screen Protectors

OK, so its a couple weeks later...is there an ETA yet? You cant go a day on these forums without someone bringing up the battery life, I would think these would be in production already. Do we need to do a group buy? Can I just sell you my sister instead?

In all seriousness though, I need the case either the Active X or the Inno II for the 2750 mah battery.

I apologize about this. That is very unusual. If you want to PM me your order or ticket number, I can make sure this is taken care of quickly. I suggest you try a replacement because we haven't heard of any other issues like this.

Also, if you would like a refund, please let me know because your request is being processed as a replacement right now. Any product issue that is a result of a manufacturer's defect would not result in a re-stocking fee.

I'm sorry, I don't have an ETA at this time. As soon as I have more information, I'll definitely post. Once we have the extended battery, our case that will fit it shouldn't take too much longer.

I do not understand why customers go straight to being rude when a problem arises. If you have read any posts in this thread you know that seidio is a good respectable company, so why not contact them with a little respect.

The email I received from Seido...

"Thank you for contacting Seidioonline.com. Unfortunately, we don't currently have one available, but we are in the process of developing a larger extended life battery for the ThunderBolt, and we should have more information regarding a compatible case once the battery has been released. We certainly hear your feedback regarding the ThunderBolt extended battery cases and we will forward your request to our product development team.

In the meantime, if you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at 832-204-1118."

So, it seems as though theyre listening.
 
We are definitely listening to your feedback! Thanks for letting us know. We are currently working on accessories for the ThunderBolt Extended Battery 2750 mAh and I'll keep everyone updated on availability.
 
I know a few of you are waiting for the colored Active X cases. We have the Sapphire Blue one available now and are hoping to have other colors soon!
 
Besides the extended battery case most of us are looking forward for a desk dock station...you guys will make a ton of $$$ and a lot of us very happy.... Make this happen Seidio!! :)

Thank you for your feedback! We have had a lot of requests for a Desktop Cradle so you can use your cases and extended batteries. I will post when I have more information.

We also received the Burgundy Active X cases in today!

So, a month later, no extended cases, any ETA on this? I have money I need to spend. lol.

We are hoping to have the first of the extended cases in the next few weeks.

In other exciting news, we have made some changes in regards to our product names and our Innocase Rugged is now called CONVERT! We will have a CONVERT Extended for the ThunderBolt soon.

Whats the price tag on them, and can I preorder it?
 
I just ordered an Innocase Rugged and I want the extended battery too. Looks like I might have to buy the Convert Extended when it's released;)
 
So I gave up on the extended battery. Tried three in the store and couldn't get WiFi to connect on my phone. I went to eBay and bought three 1500mah batteries and a dock charger for 12 bucks.
 
:( Still no love for the 2750 extended battery. Sedio still lists case options for it online, but they keep telling me (via e-mail) that there's no ETA for it so I guess they're in no hurry to roll it out. Has anyone heard something from different from them?

Does anyone know of other manufactures making equivalent hard/ rugidized cases for the Thunderbolt w/ extended battery currently or am I doomed to endless "we have no ETA for this product" replies from Sedio?

Seidio posts in this thread, and they keep saying the same. I gave up on it honestly. I bought a cheapo silicone case and cut it. Theres a thread about the blue and black hard/silicone case that verizon sells, and I think that its the absolute cleanest looking one.
