I assume the "slim extended life battery" is 1750 mha? I couldn;t find any literature on this.

The Seidio gang is simply following policy by putting out the basic info in a tasteful way that contributes to the forum and letting the user community decide if the links and products are worthy.

Screen protectors are hard to find for this? Not being sarcastic, just surprised.

I've been using Clarivue for most of my touch screen devices for some time now. I'm pretty much loyal to the company. Do you know of any reputable companies making screen protectors for the shift?

Zagg has screen protectors for the shift at best buy? They don't have them on their online store. That is so strange. I guess I'm going to Best Buy tonight. Thanks for the info!
Also note - One best buy did not have them, but the next one did. I bought my shift, then went to a different best buy for my g/f's evo, and they had them for my shift. Wierd.
Also zagg just put the shift in thier options when you register it, it was not there the day I bought it.

I was contemplating the phantom skinz. I think I might wait it out and see who else comes out with some screen protectors. I really like clarivue and have been using them for a long time. Let us know how you like your skin when you get it!
I used Phantom Skinz on my Pre and loved it. Smooth and clear. I will check out Clarivue as well. I'm sure they will release one eventually.
That's the only downside to brand new phone, not a lot of support out of the box. I've been waiting for Seidio to send out another 15 or 20% off coupon like they did before Christmas. I love their case and belt clips, and the way their support thier products.

Im looking forward to see pictures of the active case for the shift. When will those be out.
kbrn,I bought a holster shield combo and the screen protectors from a sprint store for 27.59 (they had a buy 2 accessories 25% off for Premier and 10% off for regular customers) I'm not a fan of shields but I kinda liked the back of it which has a carbon fiber look on the back here's some pictures
Do you the like the case? Does it slide open and close easily? It looks great but I've never been a case guy...I usually like the just a horizontal leather holster.
