Seido innocase w/seidio dock issues

When I put the phone into the dock I am unable to make or receive calls. The signal strenth shows coverage (which I do have), but when I try to make a call the recption goes away and no call is made. Can't even send a text! Anyone else experience this? Am I missing something?

Thank you for your comments! We have not seen any complaints in this nature about the cases or docks interfering with the phone itself. Have you tried using the Desktop Cradle without the case or used any other cradle (OEM) to see if you are having different results?

I don't have this issues at all, I use the dock with bluetooth most of the time,
