Self-copying pics?

When I go into the gallery on my Captivate, I see two or three versions of every image on my SD card. I am guessing media scanner is doing this. How do I UNDO it? Short of by hand erasing them all...

Also, where is the UA String settings in 2.2? I want to turn off the damned auto-mobile version of websites. I tried the about:debug command, but it didn't open up the UA String command like on my old G1.

Clearing the phones cache should force it to reload all pictures as if they were never there.

Turn off phone completely -> Hold both volume keys down -> turn on using lock-screen key -> You will be brought to a screen which has a few different options on screen -> delete cache data -> use lock-screen key to select option -> screen flashes, reboot phone

It may take a little longer than usual to do media scans and get all services running.

Hope this helps!!
