Sell my evo 4g lte?

i have a question. i got one of the lte's with the proximity sensor issue + erratic wifi. so i'm getting a new replacement. however wifey's bday & our anni is coming up so i was thinking of selling / trading this phone for cash + a photon or sii.

this way i can get wifey the nexus 7 she wants. WWYD?
