Root selling Rooted Indulge, what to do first?

hello, if i wanted to sell my rooted Indulge that is running basixr910 what should i do to clear any info of mine that has been saved? im going to advertise that it is rooted but can be flashed to stock if needed, i made a back up before i flashed new rom. im going to erase the apps that i downloaded for myself, Facebook, amazon apps, AB, flashlight, words. will that work as far as keeping my info off oif the phone for the new owner? im also going to keep my 16g SD card and replace it with 4g. any help will be appreciated, thanks.

No need to leave it rooted.
Factory reset all the way through Odin. If the new owner wants it rooted, it can be easily done.
However, some potential buyers may balk because it IS rooted.
As far as personal data is concerned, removal of all of it is recommended. also, since you mentioned the SD card, be sure to format it as well.
