Send messsage to Computer

OK - hopefully some like this exists out their - what I wanting to do is to be able to send a message to my home PC - open up the app on the phone, type in a message, and have it pop-up on the computer (windows 7) - want this, so if I am upstairs, and my kids only 5 minutes left to play on the computer, instead of yelling for them I can simply send this message to the comp, and they will see it.

So if anyone has any idea, it would be appreciated

I hunted around for such a beast and finally settled on GoTasks, which makes everything you type in it to appear in the Tasks window of Google Calendar, and vice-versa.

Thanks for looking, bnt jnst won't do what I need - ha-e a feeling it is not out their - need a pop- up that opens on top of running programs - so if the kids are on the computer, I can type something like "you have 10 minutes left" on the phone. and that would pop up on the computer screen - wound probably neee a servereon the comp, and an app to go along with that.

What about installing a remote access app like splashtop and just taking over the PC. Then you could make anything you want happen on screen.
