Is there any specific website I can go to to send my Venice in? It has a boot loop also do we have to pay money to get it replaced?

Hello and welcome to the forum . I see you having a problem . May i ask what kind of device is it and was it rooted or ever rooted . Do u have access to a pc/laptop if so just upgrade sw using the lg tool and please download all drivers for pc/laptop .

Well I'm not new lol I've been with the LG Venice a long time. It bootlooped a while ago so I got the ZTE Warp Sequent. I had it rooted and I installed the beats thing and it broke sound then I tried to fix it with the tool and it bootlooped it I read about sending to to LG on here and I wanna know how and if I need to pay.

Well u can send and will need to pay cause its maybe out of warranty . But if not they can see that u may have rooted . You need to fix the loop
