Help sending pics via txt

New to forum.
Some pics that I send via txt don't seem to go through to some people and the same pic will go through to another person. Is there something that needs to be changed in settings? I can send the exact same pic to person to their email.

If you are able to send the pic to some and not others, I would suspect their phone, not yours. Maybe they can't receive MMS above certain sizes, their phone cannot view it or something. Try using Watsapp or similar app that uses data to send pictures and text.
