Help Sending video through an mms

It always tells me the video is too large. It even does this if I try to send a 2 second clip. Does the inspire not allow videos to be sent through the messaging system?
 
What is your video quality set to? When in the camcorder mode tap menu, video quality is 3rd on the list. Tap that and a list of options comes up, mms should be one of them. When I use it in mms recording mode I can do 30sec clips to send through mms
