Help Sending video

How is it that my daughter can send me a video that's almost a minute and a half long with her iPhone and I'm lucky to send 1 that's 10 seconds max? I've used hand cent and the stock text app but 10 seconds or so is all I can send.

Are you setting quality to mms or compressing higher quality video? If its set to mms you can send longer videos.

Thanks. I'll try that setting. I tried shooting the video through handcent and got a minute or so. I was thinking the video would be resized to send like pictures.
