Sensation from Orange without Orange stuff?

There are apps in the android market that can do this for you such as apps 2 sd and the one that I use, MoveApps.

You don't need any of them with the Sensation. Android 2.3 already has support for moving the apps on the SD card. As Johncf said it is easily done from the settings>applications>manage applications menu. I found it after I posted my question.
