Sensation special Edition?

Internal storage gets quadrupled to 4GB
not true, the sensation has 4 gigs to begin with

the earbuds that came with it are the worst i've ever seen tho', so that's a nice change and it would have been nice to have a battery that big

The CPU in the Sensation is 1.5 - it's under-clocked in our handsets

There's talk of the 'Beats' just being some Beats headphones and not a different chipset/speaker. Suppose we won't know until it's released

I'm pretty sure the Sensation only has 1GB internal memory? Either that or Android, Sense and the Vodafone bloat are taking up 3.3GB of my internal memory.

Interesting that the Sensation is underclocked to 1.2ghz though, any idea how far it can be safely overclocked in that case? Must be nearing 2ghz?

they do say the battery should also be bigger

the or-part is correct; the chip is 4 gigs, but only ~1 gig is left free

i doubt it can go much over 1.5 without overheating

I really struggle to believe that given that my sensation reports the total system storage as 787MB?

Also, if Eddy is correct then the processor is an underclocked 1.5ghz unit, so should easily exceed this safely if overclocked

I assume the current Sensation is underclocked for the battery's sake? Apparently the special edition will ship with a bigger battery.

More likely for marketing purposes really, they can't really have a more expensive 'special edition' running the same spec as the cheaper one. I'm rooted and running 1.56GHz, 8 hours since unplugging and still got ~79% battery
