Help Sensation XE flickering

Hi, I have a Sensation XE which starts to flicker when I open up Mdeia such as photos and music player. I have tried to uninstall several programs including double twist but re-installing does not solve the issue. It's strange that 'stock apps' should be affected. Apart from that I love the phone Any ideas...
