Root Sense 3.5 ROM's Power Settings

I have some unanswered issues while I was running a Sense 3.5 ROM, I was wondering if they are universal (drive issues since it is a ported XL ROM) or ROM specific.

On Virtuous Affinity 2.05.0 I had the follows issues:

Powermode:

When set to economy, so I can enable power saver settings, once it disables features like data or vibration when it reached the threshold set, when I charge the phone it does not enable them again, and I have to do it manually.

Sleepmode:

After setting it to sleep mode with predefined sleep times, it stays away (I hear emails come in when it asleep). One is "sleeps" by disabling mobile data even after I activate the display and it is supposed enable mobile data, it does not.

I cross posted this query... well I did not want to try out multiple ROM's just to get the answer. I love flashing but in a 1 Mbps DSL connection downloading is not so much fun. Got a response:

This is obviously a Sense 3.5 Roms related issue, I've been confronted to it on ER3BUS ROM and on ARHD... it's really annoying to set back the screen light, standby time, vibration, datas, etc after each charge... as a result, I don't use economy mode anymore...
