Sense Scenes

Coming from Windows Mobile with Sense, I am new to android and unfamiliar with the default Android interface and would like to check it out.

If I have saved my custom scene, then disable Sense to experiment with the Android launchers, will my custom settings still be saved when I re-enable sense?

I did that earlier today. go into Settings > Personalize > Scenes and press the Menu key - there is the delete option there.
