Help "Sent" messages really NOT sent/received

Hi! So in the last few days, I'll send a text or multiple texts and the person/people either receive blank texts or don't receive anything at all. It especially happens with nonVerizon customers. Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone help me, please?

A friend who would normally receive a text over 160 characters in multiple texts just got a bunch of blank ones from me. He said that also happened when his sister sent him a 160+ character text. She also has Verizon. Anyone else experiencing this?
