Help Sent Text Messages

I just got my Droid Incredible and I was wondering how you know that a text you sent was delivered. On my old phone there was a check mark next to the message if it was delivered to a Verizon customer. This was nice because then I would know if that person had their phone on. Is there anything like this on this phone?

It will actually prompt you if it wasn't sent and ask you if you want to resend.

Go into the messaging app then go to Menu>Settings and there is an option for Delivery Reports and an option for Sent Notifications.
