Root Serendipity Questions

So I finally made the jump and rooted/flashed serendipity. LOVING how fast it is, but I have a few questions. Is there any way to change the apps that are at the bottom of the screen. Looks like phone, app drawer, browser. Also, is there any way to change the scroll animation on the app drawer?

Can't remember, as I went with Launcher Pro. Can you long press them to change them up? It has been a while since I used the stock launcher......

Its using the Gingerbread launcher I believe and its pretty minimal. I installed ADW Launcher only because I was having issues with LP. Not sure what the conflict was. Funny thing is I'm back to 3 screens now.
