Root Serendipity

Ive recently bought a captivate very happy with it has Serendipity on it. But cant figure out the overscrolling bounce or how fast it even is in the rom settings. Maybe someone can help me? Or what overclock to add in the market. I do want the best battery life which it seems to have right now. Lots of apps though and came preloaded. Super manger work for this? Not sure what speed im at but pretty snappy. Im on Serendipty VII#4.1 Thanks
