Root Serious camera issue with sense 2.1+3.0 roms?

I'm on Reflex right now but I also experienced this problem in the GB sense insertcoin rom.
When I take photos with the stock camera app, sometimes, only sometimes, it gets really messed up. It looks okay right after I take it, but when I open the gallery, the photo is ruined. It's not a screen issue because the photo looks the same in a computer too. It kinda looks like it's crookedly superimposed with the same pic in a sepia tone. Anyone else have this problem?
 
Might be worth editing the title of your thread to specify rom type, so it will get a target audience.
