I have cognition 4 and whenever I improperly shut it down, like pulling the battery out, most of my apps force shut down on start up and refuse to open. This also happens to my Text messaging. The only way I have found that I can fix it is by re-installing cognition, wiping everything. Does anyone know how to fix this?
