Help Serious problem

um i am not tech savy at all this is my first forum post but i need serious help. i have a precedent from walmart and not sure if this is phone or network but i have had my number for a year with 5 diff phones thru straight talk i just got precedent about month ago well today i made a call after i just ended one and it goes to recording say call can not be made account is not verified and if i call my number it says the number u dialed is not valid and error message 67 pops on screen. i called custmer service they are dum. they said my number was disconnected from tower and it is very rare. now this number is in yellow pages and is in mqany business advertisments that i pay alot of money for i run my own business so ineed the number . but customer service said they can give me new number and try and get myb old one back.anyone know what the he*! happened and how to fix? thanks

Yes, the Straight Talk Tech support is pathetic....



I would try this (it is a true factory reset and sometimes fixes these problems):

1. Goto the Droid Market and download: Alogcat (you can prolly use WiFi if you cant connect threw 3G)

2. Follow these Instructions to get your MSL code: Click Here

3. Write down your MSL code

4. Goto your phones DialPad (like your gonna call someone)

5. Dial ##786# (a menu should open)

6. Click Reset

7. Enter that MSL number you wrote down

8. It will prolly ask you to confirm your decision press yes/ok (This will erase everything on your phone: Apps, contacts, etc....)

9. Your phone should restart

10. When your phone starts back up you should get the message to Activate your phone just like when it was new, go ahead and do that.

11. Hopefully your phone will be fixed with your Phone Number.

P.S. FYI: This is a factory reset and all your data will be erased, it makes your phone just like it was out of the box.
