Root Seriously confused (Root and ROM)

so i followed a guide for installing a 4.0.4 ics ROM on my razr, now i have no idea what i've done, is my phone rooted? how can i uninstall the bloatware then? if its not rooted how can i root it? seriously, big confusion here...

P.S. the rom is PSHAsia Retail, there is no official in my country and wont be for a while...

Can you provide a link to what you installed?

Rooting is gaining admin access to the phone. If you installed a CUSTOM ROM then you would be rooted but if you installed the STOCK ROM then you probably aren't.

Linking to the directions you followed would help clear that up.

only problem is that it isn't in english.

You do not appear to be rooted (based on the link provided).

However, you CAN root (if you wish) OR you can disable most of the bloatware using stock ICS.

Install a root checker app from the Google play store (just search "root check").
