Root Seriously messed up my phone

I was messing around with the settings on the developers section from my phone and now my phone glitches and says overlay# i can't get passed the lock screen. Is there a way to disable the developers settings with a flashable zip or something. Or do I need to restore my phone. Need help fast.

Hopefully you made a backup before messing with something you don't know about.
That would be the quickest fix

But maybe you should just try a new Rom...these sort of things usually happen for a reason!

Try reflashing the rom. Don't wipe anything, just flash over your stuff and see if that resets anything! If not then you might want to do a backup of it, wipe everything and do a clean install, then restore your apps with appextractor or nandroid manager.
