Help Service Error Message

I got this error message when trying to log on to my account.

"Usablenet Mobile is unable to get the requested resource due to a problem in talking with the web server (that returned a "503 -Service Unavailable" error). Get the original resource. Go back to the previous page"

I still get signal bars, yet I havent recieved a text all afternoon, i can send texts. Is this related or is it just a problem.on virginmobileusa.com?

I can't get into VM's website to top off my phone before my time runs out. Maybe thats a good thing,I'm getting really tired of VM and their buggy phone.

What outage? You all are telling me there is an outage and I'm not affected by it?! (I think they sensed my anger when this happened LAST year.) YE.... well crap. I have data (yippie!) but my text messages aren't going through (at least on time) I'm in Houston if location matters.
