i have problem with the service like a week sometimes i cant do call i don't receive call and no text only work internet i call boost complain is the services in puerto rico have serious outages. let now to the forum have problem with call is the services is a piece of crap

It's hard to figure out what you're saying here, but it sounds like you have poor reception in Puerto Rico? I'm assuming you already rebooted the phone? What firmware are you on?

Maybe if there are any other users in your area they'll post about problems.

Boost or Sprint's network cover to puerto rico? which puerto rico? I'm confused sorry.
