Root set cpu doesn't recognize root?

I flashed kings R3 today and also just flashed netarchy 4.3.4 cfs havs more nosbc natas and when i go to set cpu it does not recognize my root and sends me to read only?
is it ok to use set cpu with netarchy rom?
go into to your supper user app and uncheck "set cpu" some ware you denied the app supper user rights......and yes you can use Set Cpu with that rom.......

thank you! that was weird i just flashed rom i don't recall ever denying set cpu access. All good now
