Root Set CPU setup

This is a question for those of you who use setcpu. Im curious of how I should set it up, what I should change. I have in semi setup but Im not really sure 100% how to have it set up for best use. Any Ideas?

I always have it running at 800mh and on demand
Ant it runs smooth

Yeup 800mhz constant,I preferably use the Performance governor. Trust me, battery isn't harmed at all. I'd say give or take 10min? But you'll get the best out of this device until further Optimizations of a Rom or a Kernel.

I see that just toasting the battery. Does any one know how to set the governor?

Actually it doesn't toast it.I had 65% 2 hours ago (heavy using.. twitet..music..text..web) andi have about 50%. Left,lol.

Nope battery doesn't get hot. Even after an hour of wifi tethering so just try it!!!!! >=} haha

I don't mean the battery getting hot, I mean draining the battery fast. Should I set it to performance when phone is on, then powersave when screen is black?

Sure, personally I felt that doing so. Alot of background apps like Facebook and plume and tapatalk notifications wouldn't come up until I turned on the phone. Which was actually kinda annoying.

Why is it that when I set mine to performance or anything other than conservative it always goes directly back to conservative? I've checked the set on boot option and still can't get any other settings to take hold.
