Help Set Up VoIP on the Incredible

Has any set up sipdroid with Gizmo and google voice and had success on the Incredible with Voip?
I tried for hours last night with no success.

Update,Ok I got everything working.If someone calls my goggle voice # it will foreward thru Gizmo to sipdroid.I even have a goggle call back working for free outgoing calls.
Now the only question is the actual phone number that people use to call me has to be the google voice number or can I somehow have it use my original cell phone #?
