Root SetCPU and Droid Overclock settings

Ok, looking for some suggestions (or a link to some) for some settings on these two or how to safely use these two apps. :)

I use SetCPU and the QuickClock Advanced overclock app. In SetCPU, under Profiles, I have it setup so that when the screen is off the CPU drops down to the minimum clock speed (350) with a priority of 100; next I have it set so when the temp reaches 45.5

You will definitely get better battery life once you've overclocked and under-volted, I get 36 hours of use with the regular battery and 54 hours with the extended battery.

Do you know of any instructions for Droid Overclock that might give me that kind of battery life? I just switched to Droid Overclock from SetCPU and looking for some instructions.
 
i run rummys oc and use set cpu's profiles to pull it back when phone gets hot....

best way to learn in crank that bi#$% up and when the phone reboots....you went to far....lol....
