If you're using the terms "idle" and "screen off" interchangeably, then the screen off profile will take priority. If you mean idle even when the screen is on, then obviously, your default settings. When the conditions of a profile are met, they will always override the default settings. If you have multiple profiles, and two or more conditions are met at the same time, the profile with the highest priority is active.
