SetCPU best settings?

Hi, I just downloaded Set CPU for my SGS2 i9100 which has default 1.2ghz
I want to overclock to 1.3 or 1.4ghz (no more), without having too much effect on battery life. E.g. what max/min should I use and what profile (lulzactive, performance, powersave etc.). I use Siyah Kernel with VK rom 4.8

Siyah only supports 1400GHz unless you use a boot script to create a custom frequency table, so that's your max.

what profile (lulzactive, performance, powersave etc.)

I'd suggest either the lulzactive or ondemand governors, as those two offer a good balance between performance and stamina.

There's a useful guide to kernel tuning here, btw. Although it references the v2.x kernel most of the info is also relevant to v3.x.
