SetCPU is now working for rooted Hero

You will need to flash an extra file, but you can now run your rooted hero at 528 (or slower if you prefer)

I didn't have anything to do with this, and I didn't find this link, I just posted it from my old thread about the overclock widget (thanks to whoever found this). I figured that people who don't check xda regularly (like myself) might want a heads up, so here you go.

I did see all of that in the other forum, I just had to scroll back a ways to find it. I wound up using someone's "less aggressive" version of the task killer/kernel .zip.

Got it setup and loaded on mine with no problem
seems to have made a diff.
