Root SetCPU profile suggestions

I just rooted today (horray for me!) and downloaded Bugless Beast V1.0 ROM as well as the kernel that allows for overclocking up to 1Ghz. I'm playing around with SetCPU and wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the min/max settings within the profile. I don't want to fry my phone, so if there's someone with experience with a kernel with similar capabilities who would be so kind as to share his profile settings it would be much appreciated.

Here's mine, but I'm running a 1.1ghz kernel

Main = Max 1000 Min 550
Charging = Max 550 Min 400
Sleep= Max 550 Min 400
Battery
Power > 30% Max 700 Min 400
Power > 20% Max 550 Min 400
Failsafe
Temp 50.0c Max 550 Min 250

i just run 800 max 250 min . ondemand . . .

i find 700 to be too slow . 800 is perfect, and isnt maxing it out
