Root SetCPU settings

Hey guys, I just rooted the other day running Gummy 1.9.1. I bought set setcpu from the market and only want to max it out at 1300.

Questions, what should the minimum be set to?
Should I adjust the voltage?
Can you provide a stable profile?

Imoseyon's kernel (acquired through his Twitter page), running at 10000 max, 1000 min, 0 voltage runs just as fast, if not faster than the Gummy prepackaged kernel OC'd to 13000. Super smooth and responsive. Reboots faster too.

I might have to check it out.... no matter what, even before setcpu I was 1600-1700 quadrant which is much better than stock.

When I rooted I rooted the full odin Gummy 1.9.1 with voodoo from the xda forums. Is that the one you are talking about that is preset to OC at 1300mhz? Cuz if I set SETCPU to performance im hitting 2200 ish.
