Root setcpu settings?

Can someone help me out with good setcpu settings? I am running mik2.5 with more freedom, v6 supercharged setting 8. Looking for all info possible. Profile recomendations too. Looking for great battery life.

if great battery life is your goal, don't overclock. Otherwise you can go as high as 1152 for most and 1190 for some. Mostly though this is all going to be personal preference so feel free to play around just don't set higher then 1190.

Make sure you setup a screen off profile and set your max and min speeds low at like 245 or lower and give it a priority of 100 or high 90's . This will increase battery life a lot. I have mine set at a max of 245 and min of 128. I also setup a couple of battery profiles as well.

Mine are:

SetCPU: Screen off (128/245)
Charging ( 128/1190)
Temp (122f > (128/652)
If non not charging i use 128/648 On Demand for light use
For heavy use(gaming)652/1075On Demand
