Root SetCPU Udate - I/O Option and Manu kernel

Just updated SetCPU and see there's now an option to select different I/O scheduling. As running I'm running dGB with packaged Manu kernel, just wondered if the setcpu I/O option will interfere with the manu cfs scheduling - do i need to select the cfq option in setcpu to be consistent with the manu cfs kernel?

And what are the 'noop' and 'deadline' i/o options in setcpu?

Cheers SU, I did a while ago to understand a bit more about HAVS and CFS V BFS but don't remember the I/O section, that a more recent addition or just more evidence of my senility ?
