Setting Contact To Display As

Okay I have a Sony Xperia Arc LT15a
Android OS 2.3.4 Build 4.0.2.A.0.42 Kernel: 2.6.32.9-pref

My Question is Can I set a contact that Has a first and last name to display in my contacts as the Organization name rather then the persons first and last name

The First to last name filter is only available with the 2.3.7 variant of Android. which the Arc handset has not received.
