Help Setting Default Homescreen doesn't stick after last update.

I hadn't updated my Thunderbolt ever. The OS was still stock. Anyway, the other day I went and installed and downloaded every update it had, now I regret that. The big issue is that I can't set my default home screen to Launcher Pro, and I'm forced to use the HTC crap.

I'm using home switcher to actually launch Launcher Pro, but when I click "Set Default" it says it's set, but doesn't actually set it. Can anyone recommend a better app for setting the home screen app permanently?

I went to the new "app associations" menu, but there is no home screen option there.

I tried about 5 apps, the one that worked was "HomeSmack".
