Help Setting Ringtone

I want to set a ringtone for ONE specific number on my phone that I talk to all the time. The problem is that I want to keep my phone on vibrate or silent for all other incoming calls. So my question is, if I set a ringtone for one specific number and I have my phone on vibrate, will the ringtone still work if that one person calls? If not, is there a way around this? Thanks

No, if your phone is on silent/vibrate, then it is so for all calls. As far as I know, there is no way around this.

Hi all,
I purchased the Zio from Cricket the last of January. Now that I'm getting into the swing of things they go and do an upgrade on them yesterday or and ALL but 7 of my contacts were gone, their site was down and I all my assigned ringtones went who knows where.

To make matters worse; they're now charging $2.00 per month for the Backup Feature. Couldn't they have warned us first?

Now I've go to feel my way around this new 2.2 I think it is, manually re-enter all of my contacts and work my butt off to figure out how to assign my ringtones to stick again

The easiest way I'm finding is to do them under contacts in the Gmail account then sync them to the phone. It's time consuming but I have nothing else to do right?!?
