Setting up email

Hi Please can someone talk me through setting up email on the Xperia x10mini pro. It asks fir inoming and outgoing servers and POP etc and I don't know what to do.

I want to email to my own yahoo address many thanks

If you go to your email app on your pc you'll find all your settings there just type them into the equivalent boxes on the phone mail app
