Does anyone know what the Settings->Accessibility is for? I cannot turn it on, it is always disabled (grayed out)...

I've often wondered this myself. Its greyed out on both the Desire and Legend.

Not sure if anyone is still interested about his but I think you need to install specific apps from the market before you can turn it on:

TalkBack, SoundBack and KickBack.

I think these give different feedback for people with sight problems
