Help Settings Menu Theme

When I open up the settings menu, the background looks kind of textured. It is darker at the top and gets lighter towards the bottom. I feel like the textured look might be coming from the banding and graniness on my screen. Does anyone else notice that or should I just return my phone for a new one?

I don't see any texture on my settings menu screen. It does go from dark to slightly lighter at the bottom but no texture that I can see.
