So you know I have the phone rooted, had but removed lag fix, have the OTA update through keis mini, and I installed the wifi tether with clockwork mod rom manager.So last night I thought that I would adjust some setting n my vibrant. I go settings>sound and display> and click on any setting in there and get this error

Any ideas? what my easiest fix is... I am running everything stock besides what was said above.... PLEASE HELP!!!
