Help Settings->Personalize Returns To Homescreen

I have a small problem when I attempt to use the Settings->Personalize option on my EVO 3D. Every time I try to access this option, it immediately returns me to the homescreen. There are no error messages and the phone continues to work perfectly, I just cannot access that option. All other options work fine.

Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

what have you done to troubleshoot?

i would do a battery pull and/or a soft reset from the power down menu.

And if a battery pull/soft reset doesn't work, make sure you have all the software updates. If you do, you may be looking at a hard reset.

OK, thanks for the feedback. I might have to try a hard reset to see if that works.

Are you using Launcher Pro by any chance? That's what I use so when I want to change something like the lock screen it I have to switch back to Sense. If this is the case you can do that by downloading a home switcher from the market.

I was having the exact issue, and it turned out to be LP also... When I switch back to sense I can access that area...

Sorry to pull this back out of the depths, but i want to know wether or not that tab can be removed from the settings menu if we are not using the sense UI. for example i have deleted the Rosie.apk and have no intention of ever putting it back.
