Several problems that I cant seem to fix

1. I cant put any files onto my phone or SD Card via Kies or drag and drop. They just wont go.

2. Every wallpaper I use is terrible quality, even though they are high resolution, they become extremely blurry.

3. Not a problem, can you guys tell me the size of a scrolling wallpaper for this phone?

1. For transferring files using USB, make sure you go into menu, wireless and network, USB utilities, and press "connect storage to PC". If you are already doing this, do you get an error message?

3. 960*800 should be the size of a wall paper. That is the screen resolution of 480x800 with 480 doubled since the wallpaper moves a little bit as you scroll between the screens.

With wallpapers, I find that quality is better when you download the image first and then set it as a wallpaper. This is different then seeing something from your phone then long press and setting it as a wallpaper. If that doesn't work I know there was an app I had to use for my Galaxy Tab (7") to set wallpapers because they always came out blurry, I will have to search for the app.
